U.S. Dual Column Group (Serving & Container, Serving & Unit)

The new FDA regulations state that if a package net weight/volume, or unit weighs greater than or equal to 2x the reference amount, and less than or equal to 3x the reference amount, then a 2 column display must be used.

Title 21 CFR requires that 8 (or more) core nutrients are equal to zero to use the Simplified Formats. The “Not a significant source of …” footnote is optional.
